What Your Day Looks Like

As an experienced Google Ads Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Google advertising accounts for a variety of clients. We're primarily focused on Shopify-based ecommerce businesses, but we do have a lot of lead gen clients as well.

As a Google Ads Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Google Ads accounts including Search, Display, Shopping & YouTube. Our Ads Managers are able to quickly assess an account, develop a strategy to improve results for the key metrics, and most importantly implement and improve on that strategy over time through testing.

You’ll work with a fully remote team, using Slack and Asana as well as other tools to communicate with your colleagues and clients.

Candidates can be based anywhere in the world, however we do require US-based working hours in order to collaborate and attend internal as well as client-facing meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Profitably manage Google Ads for 5-10 client accounts.
  • You’re an expert in Google Ads, having directly managed budgets between $10K to $50K per month.
  • Demonstrated success at managing Google Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Must have eCommerce experience, running campaigns for Shopify businesses. Not just lead generation.
  • You know exactly what to do to improve campaign results within minutes of looking at a new account.
  • Track and report on campaign results, provide data-driven insights, and hold weekly/monthly client calls.
  • Work closely with our team to strategize and come up with creative ways to improve marketing performance.
